If the family moves out of the area of the school of origin the student’s best interest would be reviewed to determine if the student should remain in the school of origin or transfer to a new school. If it is determined that it is in the best interest of the student to remain in the school of origin, the family has the option to provide transportation if transportation is not available. If the family is unable to provide transportation, the homeless liaison will work to arrange transportation.
