Spitzner Named Assistant Principal of Liberty Middle School

West Fargo, ND – (May 13, 2022) – It is with great pleasure that Mr. Vince Williams, Secondary Assistant Superintendent, and Mr. Dan Holder, incoming principal for Liberty Middle School, announce Mrs. Jennifer Spitzner has accepted the position as assistant principal for Liberty Middle School.

Mrs. Spitzner began her career in education in 2002 as a high school science teacher in Little Falls, Minnesota. Since 2003, she has been a middle and high school science teacher at Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton School District.

Mrs. Spitzner holds a bachelor’s degree in science education from Concordia College, a master’s degree in education from Hamline University, and a specialist degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead.

“Mrs. Spitzner has demonstrated her passion for assisting learners, educators, and families through the educational process. Her portfolio of experience is varied, having taught at the secondary level for two decades while focusing on project-based learning, school culture, and science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) curriculum,” noted Mr. Holder. “Through her tenure as an educator, she has built trust amongst her colleagues by serving on various committees and teams and assisting in the implementation and coordination of new procedures, initiatives, and activities. We are excited to welcome her to West Fargo Public Schools and to the Mustang community.”

Mrs. Spitzner will assume her new position at Liberty Middle School on July 1.
