West Fargo, ND – (December 21, 2021) – West Fargo Public Schools is proud to announce four teachers who earned National Board Certification in 2021:

• Annalise Duffy
• Holly Strand-Rysgaard
• Shana Lindeman
• Jennifer Shearer

These educators join a growing community of Board-certified teachers, now more than 125,000 strong across all 50 states. Each of these accomplished educators earned the profession’s highest mark of achievement through a rigorous, performance-based, peer-review process, and demonstrated their proven impact on student learning and achievement.

North Dakota had five teachers receive the certification this year. West Fargo Public Schools continues to lead the state with the most certified staff members. Throughout North Dakota, a total of 75 educators have earned the title of a National Board Certified Teacher, with 31 of them being employees of West Fargo Public Schools at the time of their certification.
