West Fargo Public Schools Updates Spectator Guidelines

WEST FARGO, ND – (January 8, 2021) – West Fargo Public Schools is updating its spectator guidelines for student activities following Governor Burgum’s January 4 announcement to lower the state risk level from high to moderate.

Beginning Monday, January 11, each participant on home teams will receive four vouchers to purchase a ticket per event. Each participant on visiting teams will receive two vouchers to purchase a ticket per event. A voucher must be presented to purchase an event ticket.

For middle school activities, two spectators per participant will be allowed at each event. This is inclusive of participants on both the home teams and visiting teams.

Masks are required for all fans, and table, sideline, and media personnel during contests. Media members wishing to cover contests are encouraged to contact school administration in advance. West Fargo Public Schools reserves the ability to implement more stringent limitations if deemed necessary.

When possible, home athletic contests will be livestreamed through WFPS YouTube channels or third-party vendors. Links to those contests will be found on Sheyenne High School's Mustang Live Stream, Horace High School's Hawk Live Stream, West Fargo High School Packer Live Stream, Cheney Middle School's Packer Live Stream, Heritage Middle School's Hawk Live Stream, and Liberty Middle School's Mustang Live Stream.
