West Fargo, ND – (January 19, 2023) – Three West Fargo High School learners earned honors at the Concordia High School Art Exhibition. Awards were announced at the closing reception on Tuesday, January 17th, 2023. Theo Anderson won Best in Show and received a monetary award along with a scholarship to attend Concordia. Alexander Fowler and Emily Visto won two of the four honorable mentions and a small cash prize.  

Thirteen West Fargo High School learners were selected to participate in the show of 44 total participants. Four Honorable Mentions and one Best in Show award were assigned by the show’s juror, Shelli Fenske. The Concordia High School Art Exhibition is a juried art exhibition that showcases the diversity and creativity of student designers and artists from North Dakota and Minnesota high schools. This year’s juror was Shelli Fenske, a native North Dakotan who grew up in Marion.
