  • Sales: All phone and online transactions require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) to complete the reservation. $1 per ticket processing fee charged for online and phone orders; there is no handling fee for in-person orders. Online ticket sales will close 2 hours before each performance. Tickets are also available at the door one hour before all performances. All reservations not picked up 10 minutes prior to performances are subject to re-sale.
  • Refunds: Refunds only issued when a performance is canceled. Unused tickets may be donated back to the Box Office.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to the time of the original performance. Exchanges can be completed by calling or visiting the Box Office.

DRAMA Director
Darcy Bakkegard

Darcy Bakkegard (Director) was a long time Straw Hat Player and graduated from MSUM with a BA in Acting & Directing and minors in Humanities & Dance. She completed her Masters in Secondary English Education at UW-River Falls and teaches English/Theatre. Favorite directing credits include The Sweet New and Vanya, Sonia, Masha, and Spike (Theatre B); The Pillowman, Blood Wedding, and Antigone (Robert College, Istanbul); Bye, Bye Birdie and Seussical (Baldwin, WI), and Once Upon a Mattress and Oedipus (WFHS). Darcy has been involved in over 75 productions as an actor, director, stage manager, choreographer, scenic painter, and props master.
