Returning Student

Create Your Campus Parent Account (NEW for 2026-27)

Starting on August 4th, parents and guardians will receive an email from West Fargo Public Schools via the Infinite Campus system inviting them to create a new Campus Parent account. 

To create your account, click the link found in your email. You will be asked to provide a username and password. Please enter the email address you use to receive messages from your child's school as your username.

If you created your account and closed out of Infinite Campus, login here.

Verify Your Information

The first time you log into your Campus Parent account, Infinite Campus will have you verify your email address. This ensures we have a valid email address to send notifications through Infinite Campus. 

 

You will then be prompted to update the annual registration forms. 

1. Click Begin Registration
   • You will see an option to Review Existing Student Registration Forms 
   • OR New Student Registration
   • Since your learner has already attended West Fargo Public Schools, you will click Start in the Review Existing section
   • Existing learners that have you marked as their guardian will appear
     • If this information is correct click Begin Registration
     • If this information is incorrect, contact the district registrar before proceeding
   • The first prompt will ask you to type your name. Click submit once you have typed your name and read the information on the page. 

Complete the Required Forms

• Continue working through the required forms to provide updates to health information, learner privacy, contact information, and more. (For more details, view the detailed instructions below, or view the printable version)
  • At the top of the page a Progress Indicator will appear to show your progress through the registration forms
  • As you complete each form click the NEXT button to navigate to the next form in that section
  • When the NEXT button is no longer visible, click the blue Save/Continue button to advance to the next section
    • Your progress will not be saved unless you click the Save/Continue button 

Household Information

• In this section you will provide information applicable to your entire household
• You will be asked to review the primary phone number and set preferences for this number (phone calls and text messages for emergencies, high priority, attendance, behavior, general, food service, and messages from teachers) 
• The next screen will have you verify your address
  • If the address listed is correct, there is no action needed. Click NEXT
  • If the address listed is incorrect you will be prompted to answer a few questions about your address change. 
    • The date the old address was no longer correct
    • Enter the new address
      • You will need to supply the school office with proof of residence documentation
    • Confirm if you receive mail at the primary address
• Once all of these are complete and there is no longer a "NEXT" button click Save/Continue

Parent/Guardian Information

• The contact information for each parent/ guardian will be displayed and for each type of information (phone and email), a list of preferences will be shown. 
• Check the boxes for the types of information you want shared with each type of contact
  • For cell phone entries, there are two sets of checkboxes per category (voice calls and text messages)
  • For email entries there is just one checkbox per category
• Contact preference message types are described near the bottom of the Infinite Campus page
• Answer questions regarding migrant status and military status
• Once you have completed all steps for this parent/guardian, click Save/Continue
• Verify the above information for each parent/guardian
  • Each individual will either be marked "complete" or incomplete" on the main Parent/Guardian information screen. All parents/guardian information must be marked as complete before the registration is marked as complete.

Emergency Contact Information

• Just like the previous section, names of contacts will be marked incomplete or complete depending on if their information has been verified. 
• To verify emergency contact information, first verify that you would like them to remain an emergency contact
  • Verify their phone number and provide an email address if you would like them to receive emails. Their email address is not required. 
  • You will be asked if the emergency contact lives at the same address as your household's address. 
    • If not, you will be asked to provide an address
  • Review all of the information for each emergency contact and then click Save/Continue

Other Household Information

• This section will review any children under kindergarten age who may have previously been entered into the PowerSchool system for your family. 
• If you have a child in this section, verify the information, and if the child is now old enough to register for kindergarten and you haven't already registered them for kindergarten, click "Yes" on the "Please check this box if you wish to register this learner for the upcoming school year" 
• Once all information is verified click Save/Continue

Student Information

• All currently enrolled WFPS learners will be listed on the main Student Information screen, each marked incomplete
  • Click each name to enter the forms processing for each learner
  • Review and update any information 
  • Click Next to continue to the next form
  • Some forms may ask for you to digitally sign or upload documents
  • When you have completed all forms, click Save/Continue
  • Repeat this process until all learners on the main Student Information screen are marked "Complete" 
• Important note: Health and Medication information previously shared in PowerSchool DID NOT transfer to Infinite Campus. Parents will need to complete the health and medical information form as part of this registration process. 

Completed

• After all forms have been reviewed and saved, you will reach the Completed section. Here, you can click a link to open a summary PDF with all of your responses. 
• To complete the registration process, click SUBMIT
