Are you a triathlete, fitness swimmer, competitive swimmer, or beginner looking for a group to swim with on a regular basis? Join the Adult Swim Team for 2 coached practices each week!

(Practice times may vary during large events. Please check our calendar for any changes.)

• Tues:    5:30 - 7:00 am
• Thurs:   5:30 - 7:00 am

Practice will not be held on the following dates due to facility availability:

* No admission fee required during scheduled practice times.

Register by emailing completed Registration Form to hulbert@west-fargo.k12.nd.us or fill out and hand in at the pool.

• Must be 18+ to join
• All members must be able to complete a 300-meter swim to join.
• No facility admission is required during scheduled practice times.
• All workouts are communicated with members who miss practice.
