During Lap Swim times, the Hulbert Aquatic Center will provide public lanes in our Olympic Pool. Beginner to advanced swimmers can use these lanes for general lap swimming.
Please check our calendar for the updated schedule of available lap swim times. Hours vary depending on pool availability.
Prohibited
Private coaching of any kind is prohibited at Hulbert Aquatic Center in public lap swim or open swimming lanes. If you are interested in coaching at our facility, please contact us at hulbert@west-fargo.k12.nd.us

Hulbert Aquatic Center reserves the right to administer a swim test to any patron. Passing the swim test allows the swimmer to enter the water without a life vest. Failure to meet the swim test requirements results in that individual being required to wear a life vest.

Attentive adult (18 years of age) supervision is required of all children.
- Children 12 and under must always be accompanied by an adult who is in visual contact with the child.
- Children six years of age or under must always be accompanied in the water by an adult who is within arm’s reach of them or wear a US Coast Guard approved lifejacket in all bodies of water.
- For infants and toddlers (3 years of age or younger), an adult should be in the water and within arm’s reach, providing “touch supervision.”
- Large groups must remain under the following Adult: Child ratios at all times while visiting the facility:

Fee Structure
Admissions Guidelines

General admissions fee is required if entering the water. Day Rates, Punch Passes, and Season Passes are available for purcahse at the front desk.
Family passes may be used for two adults and up to four children under the age of 18, residing in the same household.
Our day rates, standard punch cards, and season passes are only good for lap swim, open swim, and open boards times. Any program that requires an instructor is not covered under a punch card or season pass (water aerobics, yoga, ticketed events, etc.).

Do you provide equipment for lap swimmers?
- Yes, the Hulbert Aquatic Center provides limited equipment such as kick boards and bouys for lap swimmers located near the lifeguard office.
Do you provide towels?
- No, swimmers must bring their own towels
