- Participation in an inflatable swimming event requires adherence to the facility's associated guidelines and regulations.
- Directions provided by lifeguards are to be followed at all times; your safety is our top priority! Staff reserves the right to perform swim tests on all guests. Individuals who fail the swim test are required to wear a U.S. Coast Guard-Certified life vest. Facility-supplied life vests are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Participants shall follow the designated obstacle course route and shall not swim under the inflatables.
- There is to be no glass, outside food or beverage, or running allowed in the facility. Children 12 and under must always be accompanied by an adult who is in visual contact with the child.
- In the event the facility is closed due to weather conditions or mechanical issues, all unused tickets will be refunded.

What ages is this event for?
While we do not limit the age for participants during this event, it is strongly recommended that all participants 5 years of age and younger are accompanied through the obstacle course by an adult (a separate ticket is required for the accompanying adult).

Do parents need to stay at the facility during this event?
Yes, adult supervisor is required. Adults supervising from the pool deck and not swimming do not need to purchase a ticket. Please read our facility rules and regulations for supervisor specifications.

Are life jackets allowed through this course?
Every participant is required to complete a swim test prior to entering the course area. Any participant who is incapable of completing the required swim test must wear a US Coast Guard-approved life jacket. The facility has a variety of life jackets available for the public to use free of charge (whiles supplies last).

How deep is the water under the inflatables?
This event takes place in our Olympic competition pool. This pool is 7 feet deep at its shallowest point and extends to a depth of 14 feet deep. Life jackets are strongly recommended for all participants during this event.

Do you provide towels or locks?
We do not provide locks for the lockers or towels. When attending this event, please make sure you bring your own towel and lock if desired.
* Any lock left on a locker at the end of the day will be cut.

When can I pick up my ticket and how early should I arrive?
Tickets are NOT available to be picked up prior to the event. All preordered tickets will be located at our front desk on the morning of the event, we will not be selling tickets on the day of the event. Please bring a photo ID or a copy of your receipt when you arrive for the event.
We recommend that participants arrive 15 minutes early to change and get ready. The pool doors will not open until the listed session start time.

Do you limit the number of attendees for each session?
Yes, we only allow 100 people in the water during each session.
