The Human Resources Department employs and retains a top-quality, high-performing staff through effective recruitment, orientation, and ongoing compensation and benefits administration. The department and its staff are a service center for the employees of West Fargo Public Schools, assisting in all aspects of the employment relationship.

The Human Resources Department provides leadership in recruitment, selection, interviewing, and employment recommendations for all new personnel in the school district. The administration of all compensation and benefits programs are facilitated by department staff, as well as the maintenance of employee records and related policies.
