The Human Resources Department is dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining a high-quality, high-performing workforce for West Fargo Public Schools. Through purposeful recruitment, hiring support, and ongoing administration of compensation and benefits, the department supports employees at every stage of their careers.
As a service-centered team, Human Resources partners with employees and leadership across the district, providing guidance and support in all aspects of the employment relationship. In addition, Human Resources oversees compensation and benefits programs, maintains employee records, and administers employment policies—ensuring consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience throughout the district.
