Onsite Sports Physical Blitz

West Fargo Public Schools has partnered with Essentia Health to offer three opportunities for student-athletes in grades 7-12 to complete their sports physicals right at school, without the need to go to a clinic: 

• Sheyenne High School: Wednesday 7/22 from 4-7pm

• West Fargo High School: Tuesday 7/28 from 4-7pm

• Horace High School: Thursday 7/30 from 4-7pm

These walk-in opportunities are available to all student-athletes, even if they are not Essentia Health patients. A parent or guardian does not need to be present during the sports physical if they complete the required forms in advance and send them with their student-athlete.

Payment will be collected by Essentia Health at the time of the event. The cost is $57 per sports physical; payment can be in the form of a credit/debit card, check, HSA, or cash. Insurance will not be billed for sports physicals performed at this event. If the parent/guardian wishes to pay over the phone prior to the event, this can be completed by calling Essentia at 218-786-8822.
