Facility Rentals

West Fargo Public Schools is home to 29 facilities on more than four hundred acres of land. As a district, we recognize that these buildings would not exist without the continued support from our community stakeholders. It is important to West Fargo Public Schools that we be an active member of the community by opening our facilities to visitors when they are not in use for academic or activity purposes. All our academic buildings are available for use by the public, as stipulated in district policy ABBB-AP: Use of District Facilities for Other than School Purposes, as part of the West Fargo Public Schools facility rental program. The facility rentals program is a district-level program administered by district-level employees; questions, concerns, or requests for space should be directed to facilityrentals@west-fargo.k12.nd.us.

DISTRICT FACILITY RENTALS PROGRAM WILL BE ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS STARTING AUGUST 1.

Student discount rate:

"Weekday rentals that are comprised of at least 85% WFPS students are eligible to receive a 50% discount. Each renter is allowed up to two 60-minute contracted slots per week with a team/organization roster that must be submitted before an application is processed and/or a discount is provided. Any additional hours can be added after the rental push has been completed in accordance with processing timeframes."
