Project Timeline & Cost Estimate
Given the need to deliver instructional space as quickly as possible, the administration recommended the Board break the Horace High expansion project into two phases. Phase one would be initiated immediately, utilizing already created design documents to deliver additional classroom space by the start of the 2025-2026 second semester. The rest of the expansion would be grouped into
phase two and would be initiated during the 2026 building season.
