HEAC-AP: Management of Learner Activities Fund
Receipts from learner activities will be deposited in respective activity accounts in the principals' offices. Records of receipts and disbursements are kept of all transactions and are the responsibility of the respective school principal. The school board will review all account balances quarterly and the accounts are subject to an annual audit.
