FDE-AP: Education of Special Education Students

It shall be the policy of the West Fargo School District that no child age 3-21 shall be denied a free, appropriate education because of a disability. The West Fargo Special Education Unit adheres to the regulations mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended in 2004, PL 108-446, 20 USC 1400 et seq..
