DKB-A: Cause for Dismissal, Suspension, or Nonrenewal

The West Fargo School Board, in keeping with state statutes, may dismiss a staff member effective immediately for any of the following causes:

1. Immoral conduct, insubordination, or conviction of a felony.
2. Conduct unbecoming a staff member which requires the immediate removal from his/her assigned duties.
3. Failure to perform assigned duties.
4. Gross inefficiency that the staff member has failed to correct after written notice.
5. Continuing physical or mental disability that renders the staff member unfit or unable to perform his/her assigned duties.
