DJH-AP: Food Service Personnel

Regulations pertaining to sanitation in kitchens, dress of cooks, and techniques in handling foods shall be the same as those set by the state for cafes and restaurants.

All food service employees shall be under the supervision of the food service director but will be directly responsible to the building principal for day-to-day operations as they affect the overall operation of the building.
