DFAD-AP: Supervision of Classified Staff

All classified personnel except bus drivers shall be under the administrative supervision of the building principal, assigned by the superintendent, during the regular school term.

Classified personnel assigned to the central administration shall be under the administrative supervision of the superintendent during the entire year.

During the months of June, July, and August, all classified personnel shall be under the administrative supervision of the superintendent through the designated supervisor.

Employment and dismissal of classified personnel shall be the direct responsibility of the supervising administrative officer.  During the school term, this is jointly the responsibility of the appropriate building principal and the designated area supervisor.
