DFAA-AP: Teacher Evaluation
Immediate supervisors shall evaluate the professional staff by use of instruments selected by administration. The evaluation process will be based on the supervisory process. These evaluations shall be conducted in conformance with North Dakota law, including the dates specified in the law. The evaluation shall become a part of the employee's personnel file. Employees shall have the right to review their evaluations and may attach a statement of disagreement if they so wish.
