DDEA-AP: Jury Duty and Absence Due to Subpoena - All Staff

An employee who is involuntarily summoned to serve on jury duty or subpoenaed to testify in court or by deposition may elect to receive either normal compensation from the school district or compensation received for serving on jury duty or for testifying, but not both.  An employee who elects to receive compensation from the school district must remit to the school district any compensation (excluding mileage) received for serving on jury duty or for testifying.
