DDBA-AP: Vacation

The district provides vacation benefits in order that employees receive time for rest and renewal.

All classified employees who are scheduled to work thirty (30) hours or more per week for twelve (12) months shall be eligible for paid vacation benefits as approved by the Board and delineated in the classified employee handbook.

Upon separation from district employment, a classified employee who has earned and available vacation days shall be paid for the balance of those unused vacation days at their regular rate of pay as required by law.
