DCAA-AP: Salary Process

All salary increases for employees not covered under negotiated agreements shall be effective July 1 of each year except for changes in job assignments.  If an employee begins work before January 1, salary schedule credit for that experience will be considered on July 1.  If employment begins after January 1, no salary schedule credit for the experience will be granted on July 1.

The West Fargo School Board must approve all classified personnel salaries annually.
