DBCA-AP: Employment

Employment of classified personnel will be under the control and direction of the superintendent.  Files will be maintained on all classified personnel in the Human Resources office. The screening and interviewing of candidates for classified staff positions will be the responsibility of the superintendent and administrative staff.
