DBBB-AR: Employee Physical Examination
Whenever an employee has requested sick leave, the superintendent may require a certificate from the employee’s physician setting forth the first and last date during which the employee is physically unable to work. The superintendent may require an additional physical examination to confirm the medical disability of the employee and its duration; and the school board shall be responsible for the cost of such additional physical examination.
