DBBA-AP: Drug & Alcohol Testing for Employees

The West Fargo School District is committed to the establishment of a drug and alcohol misuse prevention program that meets all applicable requirements of the Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991.  The purpose of the testing program shall be to help prevent accidents and injuries resulting from the misuse of alcohol and controlled substances by employees performing safety-sensitive functions.
