DAAA-AP: Professional Staff Contracts

All contracts with certified personnel employed by the school board except substitutes shall:

1. Be in writing and signed by officers as provided by law.
2. Delineate the salary amount, position number, and appropriate salary schedule lane.
3. State the working hours to be on the job.

Contracts outstanding after 14 days from the date of issuance shall be void.
