This program is great for anyone looking for fitness, stress relief, and fun. The lesson pool will be available on Friday mornings for water walkers. Using the water's natural resistance is both challenging and highly effective for all ages and ability levels. This is an independent workout allowing participants to go at their own pace.
-Water dumbbells will be available for participants.
-Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle.
-Children over the age of 12 may precipitate in water walking with parent supervision.
-Cardio Club is not an instructor-led program.
