What do reflection and goal setting look like in a personalized learning environment?
Learners develop academic and Profile of a Graduate goals, action steps, monitor their growth, and demonstrate responsibility for the associated learning. Learners determine, and advocate for, their needs and engage in reflective practices. Both educators and learners engage in conferencing.

Both differentiation and extension opportunities are embedded into learning, with support available to learners in various ways.
