Allison Caldwell is from Kathryn, ND and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts-Literature and Teaching from Concordia College, Moorhead (2007) and a Masters of Education degree in Teaching and Technology from Valley City State University (2014). She began her teaching career in Ellendale, ND, teaching ELA classes and coaching drama from 2007-2010. Allison then went on to teach ELA, AVID 9, and coach Speech at Bismarck High School for six years before joining the WFHS staff in the fall of 2016. At WFHS Allison taught various ELA courses, AP Language and Composition, and STEM English for three years before taking on the role of instructional coach in 2019. Allison enjoys working with Packer staff to build a collaborative and inclusive environment for all learners. In her spare time, she loves to listen to any era of rap or rock and true-crime podcasts.
