Dr. Hilary Bertsch is the Technology Integrationist at West Fargo Public Schools. She has worked for WFPS for 18 years in this position. She is a Packer graduate and a proud mom of 3 Packer grads. Her background is in communication and online learning. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from UND in Communication, her Master of Arts degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Thomas, and her Doctorate of Education degree in Educational Leadership from MSUM. Her role is to support teachers and students to enhance student achievement through the integration of technological resources.This includes collaborating with teachers and students to integrate technology in ways that enhance the learning experience. She works with educators to generate ideas, determine opportunities and encourage educators and learners to try new and innovative educational activities. She has been married for 28 years and has 3, now grown, children. Her oldest daughter got married this summer and lives in Colorado. Her second child lives in West Fargo and works in broadcasting. Her youngest son just moved to Denver to pursue a degree in music. In her free time, she enjoys learning new skills and tackling new challenges.
