Melisa Toepke-Peterson is from News Salem ND.  Melisa attended NDSU where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Science Education and Zoology.  In 2000 a Masters in Science Education and in 2005 a Doctorate in Soil Science.  Melisa teaches EL Biology, EL Environmental Science, and EL Earth Science.  She is the Close-up advisor.
