Jamie Odum Thompson was born in the Twin Cities and came to the FM area to attend the Graphic Design program offered at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She graduated from MSUM with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, with an Emphasis in Graphic Design, and a minor in Art History. While there, she explored other studies including writing and film. She is now transitioning to teaching at WFHS after ten years of experience in the design field. She teaches Graphic Design, Photography and Yearbook while taking on the role as the eSports Advisor/Coach for the school’s competitive gaming program.
