Heather Klundt has been the Director of Orchestra at West Fargo High School since the fall of 1997. She had the distinct honor of establishing the orchestra program in West Fargo. Her career started in Bismarck, North Dakota in 1994. She has also taught in the Fargo Public and Private School Systems as well as Moorhead Public Schools. Mrs. Klundt has taught private lessons since 1988. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Moorhead State University in 1994.

Mrs. Klundt was the Organizing Chair for North Dakota Music Educators Association All State Orchestra, Past President of the NDHSAA Advisory Committee, was the Past President of the North Dakota Chapter of the American String Teachers Association/National String Orchestra Association and NDSTA 2010 Teacher of the year.

Mrs. Klundt performs with the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony, the Fargo Moorhead Opera and is a freelance soloist/ensemble player in the community.
