Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)
-
The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) is a non-pricing meal service option available to schools in high poverty areas. The intent of CEP is to improve students' access to free meals and to eliminate the burden of income applications from families on a yearly basis. West Fargo Public Schools has implemented the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for Willow Park Elementary School beginning for the 2019-2020 school year and for L.E. Berger Elementary School beginning for the 2020-2021 school year. Breakfast and lunch is provided to all enrolled students at Willow Park Elementary School and L.E. Berger Elementary School at no charge.
