To help us prepare for your student's kindergarten attendance in the fall, all families must complete the electronic preregistration form online. The Kindergarten Preregistration Profile and Student Health Information Sheet may be completed ahead of time, with printed copies brought to the school once they reopen. 

Each registered child must provide a copy of a current immunization record, proof of identity (birth certificate, visa, I-94, or other government-issued ID), and proof of residency. These documents must also be presented in person; parents are not able to submit electronic copies at this time. 

Children must be five years old on, or before, July 31, 2020 to attend kindergarten in 2020-2021.
