Step 1: Party Rental Applications

Party rentals are only available from 12:00-2:00 PM through May. Additional dates and times will be available when possible from June-August. Other times listed in the dropdown maybe unavailable. 

Any individual or group looking to utilize the pool or dry spaces for an organized activity or event must submit a rental application to Hulbert Aquatic Center at least 15 business days in advance of the desired use date(s).

You will need to complete the rental application form. All applications will be reviewed and processed by facility staff as they are received. As requests are processed, clients will receive login credentials to access your online client portal to view invoices, edit contact information, and process payments.

Step 2: Rental Contracts

Once the rental application has been approved by all appropriate parties within the department, an electronic rental contract will be issued, and the event will be added to the appropriate district calendar(s).

The primary contact for each party request will be sent an electronic contract listing all necessary information for the rental. Additionally, the primary contact will be given login information to access their online portal to make payment. 

• Requesters must electronically sign the contract confirming the information at least 10 business days before the party rental. 

Add "notifications@sender.rschooltoday.net" to your contacts to ensure email communication. 

Requested changes to a contract will be reviewed and acted upon by staff. Any agreed-upon changes to an already-signed contract will result in administrative fees. Any cancellation following the submission of a signed contract will result in the assessment of a cancellation fee to be paid by the client. In no instance may a signed rental contract be transferred from one client to another.

Step 3: Online Payments

Invoices will be issued within one business day of receiving your signed electronic rental contract and the invoice will be available to view in your online client portal. Payment must be submitted in full via credit card on your online client portal at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first lesson. If you need to pay via cash or check, special accommodation must be prearranged with the facility at least 48 hours prior to the start of your rental contract.

Step 4: Have Fun!

• All participants are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival of the party rental.
• Proper adult supervision must be maintained during the entire rental. 
• Renters are permitted to bring in outside food and beverages (no glass containers), all food/beverages must remain in the party room at all times. 
• Renters can arrive no more than 15 minutes early for their rental and must vacate the party room within 15 minutes of the conclusion of their rental. 
• Please note, Hulbert Aquatic Center is an adhesive-free facility. The use of tape, command strips, poster putty or adhesive of any kind is strictly prohibited. 
• Hulbert Aquatic Center reserves the right to administer a swim test to any patron. Passing the swim test allows the swimmer to enter the water without a life vest. If an individual is not able to complete the swim test, they will be asked to wear a lifejacket for the duration of the party. Lifejackets are available on-site or you may bring your own CostGuard approved lifejacket.

Party Room

Every party rental will have access to one of our party rooms. The layout of the room may vary.

Level 1- Competition Pool (No Inflatables)

Basic swim package only, does not include any inflatables. This package is available in either the Competition Pool or Lesson Pool.

SMALL PACKAGE: up to 20 swimmers for $200

MEDIUM PACKAGE: up to 35 swimmers for $300

LARGE PACKAGE: up to 50 swimmers for $400

XLARGE PACKAGE: up to 75 swimmers for $500

Level 1- Lesson Pool (No Inflatables)

Basic swim package only, does not include any inflatables. This package is available in either the Competition Pool or Lesson Pool.
