Hulbert Aquatic Center is thrilled to offer a variety of party packages for you to rent. Each package includes the use of a party room and the competition pool for two hours (first 90 minutes in the pool and the last 30 minutes in the party room).
Participants attending a party rental are prohibited from entering the designated lap swim areas. If a participant would like to utilize the open/lap swim areas outside of their rental period, they must pay the general admissions fee. The purchase of a party rental does not guarantee a private facility or pool. Party rentals will be assigned a specific area of the facility for their group.
Note: Due to a high volume of party requests, we are currently booking six weeks out. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis; we do not hold dates.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?
Yes, we require that a lifeguard be present anytime there are individuals in the water.
How deep is the water?
The competition pool where inflatables are place is 7-14ft deep. The Lesson pool is 3-4.5ft deep.
Are there life vests available?
Yes, our facility requires that all party attendees entering the water, regardless of age, must participate in a swim test. Please CLICK HERE to read our facilities swim test policy.
Are renters allowed to bring in food?
Yes, all renters are allowed to bring in outside food and beverages. All food and beverages must remain in the designated party room at all times. We ask that the renters prohibit party participants from consuming large amounts of food prior to entering the water to help avoid sickness. Please make sure that no food or beverages are in glass containers.
Are decorations allowed?
Hulbert Aquatic Center is an adhesive-free building. The use of tape, Command™ strips, poster putty, etc. is strictly prohibited.
Helium balloons, streamers, confetti, and glitter are strictly prohibited.
Any individual or group looking to utilize the pool or dry spaces for an organized activity or event must submit a rental application to Hulbert Aquatic Center at least 15 business days in advance of the desired use date(s).
Rental applications must be submitted via the online form on Hulbert Aquatic Center webpage. All applications will be reviewed and processed by facility staff as they are received. As requests are processed, clients will receive login credentials to access your online client portal to view invoices, edit contact information, and process payments.
Step 2: Rental Contract
Once the rental application has been approved by all appropriate parties within the department, an electronic rental contract will be issued, and the event will be added to the appropriate district calendar(s).
The primary contact for each party request will be sent an electronic contract listing all necessary information for the rental. Additionally, the primary contact will be given login information to access their online portal to make payment.
Requesters must electronically sign the contract confirming the information at least 10 business days before the party rental.
Add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your contacts to ensure email communication.
Requested changes to a contract will be reviewed and acted upon by staff. Any agreed-upon changes to an already-signed contract will result inadministrative fees. Any cancellation following the submission of a signed contract will result in the assessment of a cancellation fee to be paid by the client. In no instance may a signed rental contract be transferred from one client to another.
Step 3: Online Payment
Invoices will be issued within one business day of receiving your signed electronic rental contract and the invoice will be available to view in your online client portal. Payment must be submitted in full via credit card on your online client portal at least 24 hours prior to the start of the first lesson. If you need to pay via cash or check, special accommodation must be prearranged with the facility at least 48 hours prior to the start of your rental contract.
Step 4: Party Time!
All participants are required to check in at the front desk upon arrival of the party rental.
Proper adult supervision must be maintained during the entire rental.
Renters are permitted to bring in outside food and beverages (no glass containers), all food/beverages must remain in the party room at all times.
Renters can arrive no more than 15 minutes early for their rental and must vacate the party room within 15 minutes of the conclusion of their rental.
Please note, Hulbert Aquatic Center is an adhesive-free facility. The use of tape, command strips, poster putty or adhesive of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Hulbert Aquatic Center reserves the right to administer a swim test to any patron. Passing the swim test allows the swimmer to enter the water without a life vest. If an individual is not able to complete the swim test, they will be asked to wear a lifejacket for the duration of the party. Lifejackets are available on-site or you may bring your own CostGuard approved lifejacket.
All large group party rentals are limited to 75 swimmers. Each package includes the use of a classroom and a portion of the competition pool for two hours (first 90 minutes in the pool and the last 30 minutes in the party room). Any party that is desired to go longer than two hours or have more than 75 people will be specially contracted, and the price will be determined by the administration based on event specifications.
