Troy Miller is in his third season as head coach of the Packers, after spending  eleven years as co-head coach with Tim Capouch.  Troy was an assistant coach at West Fargo High School from 2001-2008.  He began coaching in Grand Forks, spent one year with the Fargo Flyers, and 11 years coaching youth hockey in West Fargo.  He is also a past president of the West Fargo Hockey Association and was active with NDAHA for over a decade.  Troy graduated from Grand Forks Red River High School and played hockey while attending Northland Community College.
