Allergies

West Fargo Public Schools is committed to the safety and health of all learners. Many of our learners suffer from environmental, medical, or food-related allergies. We strive to provide a safe and healthy learning environment for learners with allergies and reduce the likelihood of severe or potentially life-threatening allergic reactions. In the case of a reaction, we want to ensure a rapid and effective response. West Fargo Public Schools requires all learners with an allergy (food, insect, or environmental) to have a health care plan on file, signed by the parent/guardian and the child’s physician.
Families are encouraged to review the district's Allergy & Dietary Need Handbook when their learner has been diagnosed with a food-related allergy.
