  • Sales: All phone and online transactions require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) to complete the reservation. $1 per ticket processing fee charged for online and phone orders; there is no handling fee for in-person orders. Online ticket sales will close 2 hours before each performance. Tickets are also available at the door one hour before all performances. All reservations not picked up 10 minutes prior to performances are subject to re-sale.
  • Refunds: Refunds only issued when a performance is canceled. Unused tickets may be donated back to the Box Office.
  • Exchanges: Exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to the time of the original performance. Exchanges can be completed by calling or visiting the Box Office.

 

AUDITION INFO FALL 2014
 

CAST AUDITION INFORMATION

The WFHS & SHS fall productions and the all-district musical, Disney’s BEAUTY & THE BEAST, will have a unified audition for casting opportunities this fall. Auditioners from both schools will participate in this one audition while being able to elect casting preferences for the fall straight plays at their respective schools and/or for the winter musical co-production.

General Auditions - Monday, September 8 and Tuesday, September 9 @WFHS

This audition consists of a three-minute audition package consisting of a song and monologue and also the completion of a dance audition. For auditioners not interested in being cast in the musical, the preparation of a monologue is all that is required. CLICK HERE for detailed audition specifics and helpful audition tips.

  • Singing/Monologue: Prepare an audition package consisting of a monologue and a vocal selection cutting. This audition package should not exceed three minutes in total time. CLICK HERE to sign up for an audition between 4:00-6:45 pm each day; five people are allowed per 15-minute audition time slot. The 4:00-4:30 audition slots are reserved for Fall Play only auditions.
  • Dance: No Sign-up or prep necessary; come dressed to move from 7:30-8:30pm either Monday or Tuesday. Please plan to dance the same day you sing/act.
  • Auditioners for the musical must complete both the dance & vocal calls.

Callbacks - Monday, September 15 and Tuesday, September 16

  • BEAUTY & THE BEAST Vocal Callbacks (by invitation) from 4-6:30pm @ WFHS
  • BEAUTY & THE BEAST Acting Callbacks (by invitation) from 7-9:00pm @ WFHS
  • Fall Play Callbacks (by invitation) from 4-6:30pm @ your home school

ORCHESTRA AUDTION INFORMATION

DRAMA Director
ADAM PANKOW

Adam Pankow is a graduate of West Fargo High School where he was active in Music, Speech, Debate, Publications, NHS, Student Council and of course, Theatre.

Since graduation, he has gone on to complete a B.A. in Theatre and Communication at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and a B.S. in English Education from MSU-Moorhead. Adam feels extremely fortunate to have been able to put his theatre education to practice with a variety of theatres regionally and around the country, but finds his greatest joy sharing his passion for theatre with up and coming young artists.

Now in his eighth year at WFHS, Adam has directed for the Packer stage: ONCE UPON A MATTRESS, STORY THEATRE, ANYTHING GOES, THE PAJAMA GAME, LUCKY STIFF, CATS, OUR TOWN, HAIRSPRAY, EPIC PROPORTIONS, PIPPIN, CINDERELLA, LES MISÉRABLES; MARCUS IS WALKING, A CHORUS LINE, MARATHON '33, CRAZY FOR YOU, WASP, and CHICAGO.
