STEPS TO BETTER SHOOTING
- Body: a) bicycle stance; b) walk into shots (1-2 steps)
- Shooting Pad: ball should not rest on palm of hand
- Index Finger: in the middle of the ball
- Guide Hand: a) Karate Kid-little gap between thumb and index finger; b) bring this hand to the ball
- Wrist: flex wrist back to form a "V" shape
- Power "T" with thumbs
- Focus on target - right over the rim
- Jump: high jump not long jump
- Follow through: hold until ball hits net, rim or backboard

- Line up shooting toe in the middle
- Same number of bounces each time
