- Monday, August 8 - 8:00 A.M - WFHS Practice (Grades 7-12 ) only middle school runners capable of racing at the high school level should start on this date – WFHS Wrestling Room
- Thursday, August 25 - 4:00 P.M. - CMS Practice (Grades 7&8) - CMS Commons
