| THE AGENDA |
|
Copies of the agenda are available at the door. Also, agendas are available in the superintendent’s office the day of the meeting, are posted in school buildings by the Friday preceding the meeting, and are printed in the Pioneer the week preceding the meeting. Board members receive agendas and supporting documents in advance of each meeting so they can study the material and be prepared to make decisions. Because the board needs complete information prior to making decisions, usually they will not act on items that are not on the agenda. |
