North Dakota High School Principal of the Year from West Fargo

WEST FARGO, ND – (July 27, 2009) – West Fargo High School Principal Gary Clark has been named the 2009 North Dakota High School Principal of the Year. Mr. Clark has been a part of the West Fargo School District for 38 years, and principal at WFHS since 1998. Mr. Clark will be recognized at the National Principals’ Institute in Washington, DC this October.
The MetLife/NASSP National Principal of the Year award program annually recognizes outstanding school leaders who have succeeded in providing high-quality learning opportunities for students. These principals are acknowledged by their peers for the exemplary contributions they have made to the profession. The program honors school principals who have demonstrated excellence in the areas addressed by the selection criteria.
